During my time at Renault UK (Dacia UK department):

I was responsible for creating and managing a campaign for Dacia Duster Commercial. I briefed and oversaw agencies in creating and implementing an audience profile, google advertising (PPC Search and Display), CRM emails (Fleet Database and Existing Customer), and social content with assets. I collaborated with internal departments to manage budget allocation, analyze the competitor market segment, and individually optimize the landing page for the campaign.

I also improved the customer journey of the aftersales section of Dacia.co.uk by restructuring the sitemap, improving website navigation, and rebranding to the new visual identity. This helped to improve the user experience and make it easier for customers to navigate the website and access the information they need regarding aftersales services.

In addition to website improvements, I also maintained and managed Sales Power Ads across social channels, optimizing ad copy and assets, and analyzing performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and number of CC to determine budget allocation and identify underperforming or improvable ads. I also created DCO ads using Renault templates, and was responsible for their maintenance and management. This helped to improve the performance of the ads and drive more conversions.

I was also responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing channels correctly displayed the brand identity. This included checking and creating CRM, social, and website content, as well as copy text for ads and any other customer-facing material. This helped to maintain consistency in the brand messaging across all channels, and ensure that customers had a positive experience.

I also understood the legal aspects of advertising. I attended meetings with the legal department to ensure legal compliance of created content. This helped me develop the ability to recognize potential risks in content, and as a result, I pre-screened our customer-facing material to avoid any legal issues.
